We go to the gym every day, do the workout with dedication and do Warmup before workout and cardio at the end of workout daily. But still no result then may be it’s not your fault, cause you are not doing it right, I mean right workout routine for your body type. Yes, before choosing any workout routine, first you should know your body type, then choose your workout routine. So now the question is how, how to determine what is your body type?, then I am telling you this is no rocket science. There are three body types to define or check, What your body type is.
In this type, people have flat chest, small shoulders, thin personality, hard to gain muscle, long arms and legs, low-fat percentage, kind of symptoms, and fast metabolism too.
In this category, people have naturally strong bone structure, broad shoulders, fat also evenly distributed, the muscle can be easily gained, very efficient metabolism, can lose fat easily and respond fast to exercise.
In this category, people tend to gain fat fast, the muscle can be gained easily, slow metabolism, small shoulders, blocky body structure good, difficult to lose fat, people get tired easily, and not much active.
You just need to understand that, which category suits you and the symptoms that particular category has, is describing your type.Then choose your workout and diet according to your body type and follow that workout routine, And I bet you will notice changes in your body and in fitness level.
